This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on the Advenom Adventure Works website ("Services") are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders across India to all serviceable pin codes.
International shipping is available on request. If your location is outside India and shipping options are not visible at checkout, please contact us at info@advenomnom.com before placing your order. Our team will assist with shipping feasibility, timelines, and costs.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:
- Within India: 3–7 business days, depending on location
- Remote or rural locations: May take additional time
- International orders: Timelines vary based on destination, customs clearance, and courier services
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other external factors are beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
For international orders, shipping charges are communicated separately via email and must be approved by the customer before dispatch.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by local authorities for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
Tracking updates are provided by third-party courier partners and may take time to reflect accurately.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Advenom Adventure Works is not responsible for delivery issues arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Delays caused by customs or local authorities
In such cases, re-shipping costs may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product.
In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue in line with our internal policies.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping details cannot be changed. For order cancellations before dispatch, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
