Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted for purchases made on the Advenom Adventure Works website ("Services"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below, in addition to our Terms & Conditions and other applicable policies.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the product meets the following conditions:

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, labels, and seals (where applicable) are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • Due to the nature of certain products, some items may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Food products and consumables
  • Herbal infusions and edible items
  • Personal care and skin care products (including oils, waxes, and soaps) once opened
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events
  • Gift cards or digital products

These restrictions are in place for hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process such requests, we may ask for:

  • Clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging
  • Order details and proof of purchase

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability and circumstances.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@advenomnom.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, the return eligibility will apply as per this policy.

International Orders

For international orders, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Customs duties, import taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Fair Use and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if we detect misuse, excessive return requests, or violations of this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in operations, legal requirements, or product categories. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.

Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
